Katie Stagliano

Katie Stagliano, 9, wants you to turn off the tap. Her talking toothbrush won the top prize in a Dr. Fresh invention contest. A recorded voice tells the brusher to turn off the faucet while brushing. This can save up to eight gallons of water. Katie got the idea after a bad drought hit her home state of South Carolina. "I hope that people all over the country will work to conserve water too," Katie told TFK.
