What's the Story? Evan Baxter (Steve Carell) has just been elected to Congress by promising to "Change the World," but he doesn't think he will actually have the opportunity to follow through. Then, one day, God (Morgan Freeman) tells him to complete a holy mission: to build an ark in preparation for an impending flood. When animals start following him and the ark-building begins, everyone questions Evan's sanity. He completes the ark by the day the flood is supposed to happen, but will all of his hard work pay off?
