Clue 1: I was born and raised in the early 1900s in New Orleans, Louisiana. The city is known as the birthplace of jazz.

Clue 2: I was an amazing trumpeter and one of the most influential jazz artists in history. My hits include "What a Wonderful World."

Clue 3: I also appeared in several films. The last one was Hello, Dolly in 1969. I died in 1971.
