In 1999, "Angus, King of the Mountain" was unveiled in Bethel, Maine. This snowman was more than 113 feet (34 m) tall. Angus's eyes were made from wreaths 4 feet in diameter and his mouth from six car tires. This abominable snowman was made of 200,000 cubic feet of snow and weighed more than 9,000,000 pounds.
