Meet the Cheetahs
Here kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty! Lucky visitors to the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., on February 5 were the first to view four small Cheetah Cubs. The cubs, 10 weeks old, are the first cheetahs born at the zoo. They had to spend some time getting used to wintry weather. Cheetahs, the fastest land animals, are native to Africa. "They actually seem to like the snow," says their keeper, Craig Saffoe.
