News Maker: Lance Armstrong
Lance Armstrong announced on Monday that his next Tour de France race would be his last. "It will be the last one, win or lose," he said. Armstrong, 33, is the only person to have won the world's most prestigious bike race six years in a row. He admitted that he wants "to go out on top" and is committed to winning the 2,000-mile race one last time.
