Top 5 Turkey Producing States
It's turkey time! Americans will eat more than 45 million turkeys on Thanksgiving Day this year. That's about one bird for every seven people. Gobble, gobble! Here are the states that produced the most turkeys so far this year.
1. Minnesota: 44 million turkeys
2. North Carolina: 36 million
3. Arkansas: 29 million
4. Virginia: 21 million
5. Missouri: 20 million
