Hugs Make Her a Hero
Taylor Crabtree, 15, delivers hugs to thousands of kids who have cancer. The cuddles come from teddy bears that are "prehugged" by Taylor or one of her many volunteers. She set up TayBear at age 7, after her grandmother was diagnosed with cancer. The idea was inspired by police officers who tote stuffed animals to comfort scared children. So far, she's given away 20,000 of the furry pals. "I'm just happy I can help these kids through their hard time," Taylor told TFK.
