5 Questions for AnnaSophia Robb
She plays Leslie Burke in Bridge to Terabithia, in theaters February 16.
- What's Leslie like? A.R. - Leslie is really creative and not afraid to be herself. She and Jess develop this wonderful friendship and create Terabithia, where they deal with problems that they have in the real world.
- Is your imagination as wild as Leslie's? A.R. - I think so, but in a different sense. I'm 13 now, so I don't really play pretend anymore, which is sad. But in a way, I do through acting. You have to really believe in (your character), or else it doesn't work.
- What did you learn from this role? A.R. - I learned how impor-tant it is to not judge people, and also to try to have a positive outlook on life.
- If you made up an imaginary world, what would it be like? A.R. - I'd be able to fly. The distribution of food would be equal and people would respect each other.
- What will kids like about the movie? A.R. - Probably the fantasy part. It'll be fun for kids, especially if they've read the book.
