He's at the Head of the Class
Terence Candell Jr. is not your average 12-year-old. The whiz kid skipped elementary school and started taking high school-level courses at age 6. He has attended California State University in Long Beach for the past two years. Although the work is demanding, Terence likes the challenge. He hopes to get an advanced degree in astronomy and fulfill his dream. "I want to be an astronaut and explore the universe," he says.
