Nutritionists say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Kids seem to agree. In a survey, 85% of kids said they pay better attention in school after eating breakfast. Here's what kids eat to jump-start their day.

1. Cereal: 42%

2. Eggs/Bacon: 20%

3. Pancakes/Waffles: 16%

4. Toast: 6%
