QA: Jimmy Neutron

By Laura C. Girardi

WHO: Jimmy Neutron, 10, really smart cartoon kid

CLAIM TO FAME: Star of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, in theaters December 21.

Q How did you get to be so smart?

A Well, I guess I was just born that way. Freak of nature? Superior mutation? Plenty of exercise and fresh air? Your guess is as good as mine!

Q In the movie, an alien group called the Yokians kidnaps all the parents in your town of Retroville. Yokians look like eggs. Do they also smell like them?

A Imagine dirty gym shorts sprayed by a skunk and aged in a sewer. Then you will have some idea of how they smell on a good day.

Q Now that you’re in a movie, how has fame changed you?

A Oh, I’m still the same old me—just ask my agent. (You’ll need to call early to get an appointment.)

Q What is your worst habit?

A Breaking the sound barrier. I know it’s really loud, and I shouldn’t do it over populated areas, but it’s really a blast!

Q What do you want to be when you grow up?

A Either President or an ice-cream truck guy.
