Visitors to the seaside city of Weihai (Way-hi) in China know just where to look for a spectacular view. They get a helping hand—two of them, actually—from a giant new sculpture. The big, bronze work of art is 33 feet high and 66 feet wide. Weihai's leaders hope that the city's natural beauty—and its unusual sculpture—will attract more tourists to their town.
