Chess Queen
Women's grandmaster Alexandra Kosteniuk, 17, wants chess to be as popular as sports. In her new book, How I Became a Grandmaster at Age 14, she gives kids tips on how to master the game she's played since she was 5. Alexandra, who lives in Russia, insists there is nothing nerdy about chess: "It's really cool."
