Who Is This Whiz Kid?
Kunle Demuren’s love of reading just paid off in a big way! The 12-year-old trivia whiz from Virginia won last month’s Jeopardy! junior competition. He took home $49,000 and almost tied the adult record for the most money won in a day on the show. The Harry Potter fan zips through books. "Goblet of Fire took me 61⁄2 hours of straight reading," he told TFK Kid Reporter Carolyn Zemanian. Practice makes perfect: He has been reading since age 2!
