Young and Yodelin'
Yodel-ay-ee-who's the most talented cowgirl in the land? Western singer Kacey Musgraves, that's who! In July, the Academy of Western Artists made Kacey, 14, the 2002 Yodeler of the Year. The Texas teen is the youngest person ever to win the award. "People think that western yodeling is something only old people do," she told TFK Kid Reporter Daniel Bonner. Now she's trying to lasso young fans with her new CD, Wanted: One Good Cowboy, which goes on sale this week.
