He's One Super Coach!
It was a win-win situation for football coach JON GRUDEN. On January 26, he led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to their first Super Bowl victory. This made Gruden, 39, the youngest head coach to win the championship. What he lacked in age, he made up for in experience. The Super Bowl matchup included another team Gruden had coached, the Oakland Raiders. Gruden helped to make the Raiders one of the NFL's best teams. Now, it looks like he's doing the same for the Bucs. Said Gruden: "We're just getting started!"
