An Airhead?
Every birthday party has balloons, but this one takes the cake. On March 30, a giant hot-air balloon marked the 150th anniversary of Vincent van Gogh's birth. Made to look like the artist's self-portrait, it floated over Zundert, his hometown in the Netherlands. The Dutch painter died in 1890.
