Top 5 Ways Kids Spend Their Time

No wonder you're not getting enough sleep! Though sleeping is still the Number 1 activity, studies show that kids have less free time now than they used to. Kids today spend an average of eight more hours a week in school than they did in 1981 and almost twice as much time playing organized sports. Here's a look at how kids ages 9 to 11 spend their week:

1. Sleeping
68 hours, 17 minutes per week

2. School
    34 hours, 25 minutes

3. TV
    12 hours, 52 minutes

4. Playing
    9 hours, 36 minutes

5. Personal Care(bathing, getting dressed)
    7 hours, 54 minutes
