A Painter's Vivid Palette
Adrienne Stein sees the world in brilliant hues-–bold blues, deep purples, lush greens. "I love colors," says the 14-year-old artist. Her grandfather bought one of her paintings when she was in third grade. Now strangers buy her work. At a recent show, she sold 19 paintings, one of them for $2,300.
Adrienne loves to depict scenes near her home in York, Pennsylvania, and even places she has never been. A street in Paris is a favorite. "I hope to travel to see beautiful things," she says.
