Dear TFK...

I can't imagine any-body my age being a real jazz musician and giving concerts ["Small Wonders," 10/10]. I thought read-ing music was hard. But writing your own music? That's amazing!
--Elizabeth I., 10
Colorado

I don't agree that the National Do Not Call Registry should go into effect, because the registry will put a lot of people out of work. That will have a bad effect on the already terrible econ-omy ["Pulling the Plug," 10/10]. Yes, it's annoying to have phone calls disturb dinner. But the people who call are just mak-ing a living.
--Anthony A., 11
Michigan

Police officers do a lot of great things for their communities ["The Foster-Parent Squad," 10/10]. Most people just think about the people who get arrested. We never really think about the innocent children involved. The foster-parent squad gives those kids a chance.
--Allison H.,10
Texas

I disagree with that report--kids do get too much homework ["Homework Overload: A Myth?" 10/10]. We should have time to enjoy being a kid. With all the homework we get, it's not possible.
--Hailey M., 11
New York
