Giving Santa a Little Help
Lauren Bothwell wants to get more than 1,000 toys this holiday season. But the fifth grader from Harlingen, Texas, is far from greedy! For the third year, Lauren is organizing a toy drive for children at a local hospital. This month, she will begin delivering toys to the young patients.
Last August, Kohl's Department Stores rewarded Lauren with a $5,000 college scholarship. She hopes to inspire other kids to help out in their communities. "Kids should care for everybody, not just themselves," Lauren says.
