Not His Final Resting Place
Last week David Blaine, 25, rose from a grave. For one week the New York City magician lay six feet below the sidewalk in a transparent coffin, which had a three-ton water tank on top of it and special air holes. It's a feat that the great magician Houdini wanted to master but never did. Some wondered, Was it real or a fancy illusion? "He gave me the thumbs up," said Dana Fritz, one of more than 75,000 visitors. "It was real!"
