Some Change For the Quarter

Bored with the American eagle on your quarters? Then you'll flip for some brand-new coins! Last week the government began issuing new quarters, one for each of the 50 states. The first one, above, represents Delaware, which became the first state, in 1787. People in Delaware chose patriot and Revolutionary War figure Caesar Rodney to be on the "tails" side of their state's quarter. Over the next 10 years, new quarters honoring five states will be issued each year.
