TFK Q&A

WHO: Lindsay Lohan, 17

CLAIM TO FAME: The star of last summer's Freaky Friday. Her new film, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, hit theaters on February 20. (Read TFK Kid Reporter Danielle's full interview at timeforkids.com/drama.)

Q: Are you a drama queen in real life?

A: I think everyone goes through being a drama queen at times. In high school, there was a lot of drama that went on with friends. It can be exciting.

Q:Do you think your characters have influenced the way girls handle peer pressure and relationships?

A: I think it's important for me to play characters that girls can relate to. If you're having trouble in school and a character deals with similar problems in a movie, that can help you understand how to deal in real life.

Q:You had 40 costume changes in Confessions. What was it like wearing such amazing outfits?

A: It was a lot of fun. I hope everyone likes looking at them. Some were crazy.

Q: You sing and act in this movie. Which did you prefer?

A: It was fun to do both, but I would say singing was more fun. The acting was more of a challenge. My character, Lola, is a little more out there than me.
