Bandages By Kids, For Kids
Justin Dalcorabbo's artwork may soon be stuck to your fingers, knees and toes. Justin, 11, from Munster, Indiana, won the grand prize in Curad's first Design Your Own Bandage contest. His bright "Heal the World" design and the artwork of five other kids were chosen from 25,000 entries to become Curad's new "Design its," which are in stores now.
"I thought about what bandages do," says Justin. "Then I imagined, What if a bandage could heal the world's problems too?" Justin and his family won a tour of Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando, Florida. Curad is now holding its second contest. Ask your teacher for details.
