Spotlight: Jamaican Bobsled Team
Bobsledding calls for one key ingredient: ice. So when a team from hot, hot, hot Jamaica showed up at the Winter Olympics in 1988, it stunned the world and inspired the film Cool Runnings. Now Devon Harris, one of the original cool runners, and teammates Patrick Robinson and Jason Morris, are hoping to do it again at the '98 Games in Nagano, Japan. All summer they delivered pizza near their training camp in Wyoming to raise money to support their Olympic dreams. (Another Jamaican team is also planning to go.) "I'm carrying on the spirit," says Harris. "If I work hard, it will happen."
