Jabba's the plumpest pumpkin around! Chris Andersen grew the giant gourd in his Moraga, California, garden. Nicknamed for Star Wars' flabby Jabba the Hut, the 977-pounder is this year's heavyweight champ. Jabba has a bright future too. On Halloween, a professional carver will turn this pumped-up pumpkin into the largest jack-o'-lantern ever at a spooky celebration in Sacramento, California. Says Andersen: "That's the happiest ending for her."
