Candle Blows Out A Record
Elton John brought the world to tears when he sang at Princess Diana's funeral in September. Last week the song he sang, Candle in the Wind '97, became the best-selling single ever. In just 37 days, more than 31 million records were sold. That beats Bing Crosby's White Christmas, which has sold 30 million copies in 55 years. Profits from John's tribute go to Diana's favorite charities.
