Learn the Letters of the Mohawk Alphabet
The Mohawk alphabet is much shorter than the English alphabet. The combination of certain letters make different phonetic sounds, for example, "wh" sounds like "f" and "tsi" sounds like "j."
Vowels
A = soft "a" as in apple
E = "eh" as in get
I = "e" as in me
O = "oh" as in go
Consonants
T = "d" as in door
K = "g" as in good
R = "l" as in look
S = "z" as in zoo
