Gulliver, Tall and Small
Three cheers for actor Ted Danson! He landed a giant role in NBC's Gulliver's Travels, airing February 4 and 5. The four-hour TV series is based on a classic 1726 book by Jonathan Swift. Danson plays Lemeul Gulliver, a surgeon who is shipwrecked and tied up by an army of six-inch-tall people called Lilliputians. He also faces 70-foot-tall giants and horses that boss around humans.
