New, Improved Snails
Lots of people eat snails. Richard Fullington of Addison, Texas, has invented a dirt-free way to grow them in water with special protein food. Chef Jason McDonald serves Fullington's fresh, fat critters with garlic butter at his New Orleans restaurant. "Exceptional!" he says.
