No Ice For This Pitcher
Tom Glavine could have been gearing up for hockey season instead of enjoying a World Series victory. More than 10 years ago, hockey's Los Angeles Kings drafted him. Good thing he stuck with baseball. He was named the World Series' Most Valuable Player after pitching two wins--including the final game--for the Atlanta Braves over the Cleveland Indians.
