Flying debris, a robot running amok, meteor showers, man-eating lizards! These are just some of the many challenges that Josh Hutcherson, 13, and Jonah Bobo, 8, face in their new movie, Zathura: A Space Adventure. The boys play the bickering brothers Walter and Danny, who discover a mysterious board game in their basement. They set up the game, Danny takes the first turn and their house is then propelled into outer space, where various dangers await them.
The only way back to Earth is to finish the game. The brothers learn that to survive, they have to stick together despite their differences. "It's really cool, and there's a lot of adventure," Jonah told TFK Kid Reporter Sam Rubinroit. The film is based on the book Zathura by Chris Van Allsburg.
