Spotlight on Service

Helping others is a family affair for siblings John-Henry, 15, Rachel, 17, and Jeff Lambin, 20, of Gardnerville, Nevada. They volunteer for a wide range of programs, from promoting asthma awareness to raising money to build schools in Africa. So far, the siblings have collected more than $500,000 for these causes and others. The three credit their parents for inspiring them. "It's humbling to be part of a family that cares about other people," says Rachael. "Volunteering comes naturally. It's a way of life." For more, go to timeforkids.com/lambin.
