On a school visit to talk about her popular Judy Moody series, author Megan McDonald was greeted by kids shouting, "Stink, Stink, Stink!" The kids were dressed like Stink Moody. Stink's bossy big sister is the star of the Judy Moody books. But the message from fans was clear: Stink could be a star.
Now, he is. The third book, Stink and the Great Guinea Pig Express, chugs into stores in March. In this book, Stink and his friends try to help guinea pigs. "Stink doesn't have super powers," McDonald told TFK. "He's short. He has a bossy older sister. He's an underdog, so kids root for him."
As Judy Moody might say: "Double rare!"
