Many Happy Returns

When Jarvarious Jones and Oscar Carter found $4,000 in a paper bag, they considered keeping the cash. Instead, they turned it over to authorities. Said Jarvarious: "It didn't belong to me." The good deed paid off. In addition to a reward, Jarvarious, right, and Oscar, both 13, have received gifts that money can't buy: keys to the city of Tampa, Florida, a call from Governor Jeb Bush and a chance to throw out the first pitch at a Tampa Devil Rays game. "It makes me feel special," says Oscar.
