J.J. NEULIST, 17, has been selling toy bears at jjbeanies.com since he was 13. Now, the Colorado teen also sells one he designed, Legacy the Bear. About 4,000 have already been sold. His profits will be used for college scholarships, to honor kids who died in the September 11 plane crashes. J.J. hopes to award the first scholarships next year.
