These winners will warm your heart. KRISTINA GIANGRANDE, 11, and her sister, LIZA, 8, helped to raise more than $27,000 to buy winter clothes for 1,000 poor kids in Massachusetts last year. On October 20, the sisters received an Angels in Action Award for their four-year-old project. The $5,000 prize will help them reach more kids this winter. "The honor should go to kids who go without hats and mittens," says Kristina. "They're the real heroes."
