TFK Q & A

WHO: Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck

CLAIM TO FAME: Stars of movies and TV. Their latest movie, Looney Tunes: Back in Action, bounces into theaters November 14. Visit timeforkids.com/looney.

Q You two have worked together for more than 50 years. Do you spend time together off the set?

A BUGS: Well, you know, Doc, we movie stars have pretty busy schedules, and, um...

DAFFY: Perhaps if some people's people returned other people's phone calls, those certain people could get together.

Q This is a live-action film. How is working in the 3-D human world different from the cartoon world?

A DAFFY: Well, it's a lot rounder. I didn't realize my behind was so...spacious.

BUGS: It's good to take on a new challenge now and again. Got to keep those acting chops, eh, you know, choppy!

Q Daffy, on-screen, you are always trying to push Bugs out of the spotlight. Is this just to get laughs?

A Look, there's no reason for me to steal the spotlight. When I'm on-screen, all eyes just turn to me.

QHave you ever wanted to leave cartoons for a more serious career?

A DAFFY: Never! As long as there's an anvil to drop or a stick of dynamite dressed up like a hot dog to eat, I owe it to my legions of fans to stick around.

BUGS: Ditto, doc.
