Dear TFK...

I can't believe how much damage those wildfires caused ["California's Wildfires," 11/7]. That must have been very dangerous for the firefighters. I feel sorry for all of the people who lost their homes and for the people who lost their lives. Wildfires can be so awful.
--Emily N., 10
Wisconsin

I totally agree that kids watch too much television ["Do Kids Tune in Too Much?" 11/7]. Grab a book, people. It can actually be very entertaining!
--Rachel Y., 11
Massachusetts

I like television, but books are better. It's not healthy to watch so much TV. It sprouts laziness.

I am from Egypt and know Arabic. When I read your Go Places: Egypt issue, I noticed an error in "A Day in the Life." Amr Adel Ezzeldin's Arabic signature appears upside down.
--Yasin H., 10
Washington

You are right. We apologize to Amr, who wrote his name perfectly in Arabic. Because of a production error, it was printed upside down.
