Danielle Meier really has heart. She donated $30 to help her town buy defibrillators--machines that can help save heart-attack victims. Her gift inspired others to help too. More than $28,000 was collected! The West Chicago, Illinois, police department used the money to buy the lifesaving machines for all 19 of its police cars. Now Danielle, 11, wants to get other kids involved. "If just one kid can make this much difference," she says, "think how much a bunch of us could do."
