Dinky, the Taco Bell mascot, may be the most famous Chihuahua of all. But 9-pound, 6-inch Ms. Dream is the fastest! She just outran 64 other pint-size dogs at the Chihuahua World Cup in La Marque, Texas. Ms. Dream won two trophies. Chihuahuas are the smallest breed of dog but not the swiftest. So what's the secret of Ms. Dream's speed? Says owner Katie Feehan, an elementary school teacher in Houston, Texas: "She teases the neighborhood dogs and gets them to chase her!"
