He's the top dog! Last Tuesday, pampered pooch Special Times Just Right (J.R.) won the big prize at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City. J.R., a fluffy white bichon frise (bee-shawn free-zay), strutted past 2,500 other dogs to become the first of his breed to earn the top title, Best in Show. The three-year-old powder puff barked excitedly when he won the most famous dog competition in the country. Then he jumped inside his silver trophy! Said his handler Scott Sommer: "He's loving it."
