Kangaroo Island
The third largest island in Australia, Kangaroo Island is home to some of the most well-preserved wildlife in the world. It is only 90 miles long and 34 miles wide, but animals thrive in its natural, unpolluted environment. About 4,000 people share the island with sea lions, penguins, dolphins, koalas and kangaroos.
