Trim
Trim is a small town of 7,000 residents located in County Meath, about 30 miles north of the capital, Dublin. Trim Castle, the largest Anglo-Norman castle in Ireland, stands near "sheep's gate" the last remaining gate of the town walls. A small number of Ireland's more than 4 million sheep still graze there.
