Next time you're lost, you might consider asking a feline friend for directions. According to Bonnie and Jacob Richter, their four-year-old cat, Holly, traveled 200 miles home to Palm Beach, Florida, after being separated from the family, in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Scientists are baffled by the cat's ability to use her senses of smell and sight to return to her owners. "I really believe these stories, but they're just hard to explain," Marc Bekoff, a behavioral ecologist at the University of Colorado, told the New York Times.
