Makes: 16 servings (serving size: 1/4 cup)
Ingredients
Cooking spray
2 cups regular oats
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Coat a large jelly-roll pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine oats, pecan pieces, syrup, brown sugar, oil, and salt. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
3. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely.
