Pikachu and his Pokémon pals are back in an action-packed (and extremely adorable) adventure for Wii.
PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond is the sequel to 2010’s popular PokéPark title ($49.99). In the game, someone is using cake to hypnotize Pokémon that visit Wish Park. Once they become entranced, they can’t leave. Playing as Pikachu, Oshawott, Tepig or Snivy, your mission is to travel through Wish Park to search for and rescue the missing Pokémon.
Like the original game, players can befriend nearly 200 other pocket monsters along the way. Win their friendship by playing games such as hide-and-seek, or chase, in which you race after and tag your new pals. Or, impress them with your abilities by engaging them in mini-battles. As you dive further into the park, you’ll also unlock mini-games that can be played with up to four people in multiplayer mode.
When you reach an Attraction in the park, be prepared to throw down with a Boss Pokémon. Each of the four playable Pokémon has its own unique skills, so pick your character wisely. Who will you choose?
