“It’s okay to be kind to others,” McBrayer told TFK. “That is a good quality to have, and I think it gets overlooked in other shows. It’s nice to be nice.”

Wander to the Rescue?

In the first episode, "The Greatest," a peaceful day on Binglebop planet is shattered when Lord Hater and his evil Watchdog Army declare their dominance of the planet. Wander happens to show up at this time. He is wearing his signature green cowboy hat and riding his horse Sylvia (voiced by April Winchell).

"Sylvia is Wander's best pal,” says Winchell. “She'll stand up for him no matter what.”

Wander will need Sylvia to keep that promise. His innocence puts him in conflict with Lord Hater. When Lord Hater declares he is "the greatest," Wander challenges him to a series of carnival games to test his declaration. Will Lord Hater crush innocent Wander? Or will Wander win the day? You’ll have to watch to find out!

Just for Fun

Fans are sure to enjoy getting to know Wander and his silly ways. His antics are irresistible. Case in point: Wander happily goes about his business, totally unaware that he is walking into the Watchdog Army!

All in all, the combination of innocent Wander and evil Lord Hater will give viewers plenty of belly laughs.

“I do hope kids like the characters,” says Craig McCracken, the show’s creator. “When I pitched this show to Disney, I said, ‘This is Wander and this is Lord Hater. I love their personalities. I think they’re really funny and fun. I hope kids will fall in love with them.’”

Wander Over Yonder airs Friday nights on Disney Channel. Be sure to follow Wander on all of his accidental adventures!
